She has had a successful practice in Santa Cruz for 7 years. Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and specialized in RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers). Studied Chinese and Western Medicine for 6 years. Specialized in Yin Tuina with Janice Walton-Hadlock in the Parkinson's Project at Five Branches Institute. Studied Chinese Herbology, Meridian Energy Theory, Five Element Personalities, Tai Chi Exercise, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology and other modalities. Currently in the process of writing her book, "The Tao of Bodywork." Also currently working with Chinese Character translator, Cynthia Liu to write another book with her own translation of "The Tao Te Ching."

Certified Herbalist and massage therapist, trained in
aromatherapy, qigong and multiple forms of massage
therapy, director of The American School of Herbalism
for three years, apprenticed in Traditional Chinese
Medicine and acupressure. Susan has promoted
educational workshops through her business,
Integrative Health Teachings, for the well being of
the community. Susan is very committed to educating,
working with and encouraging clients to take an active
role in increasing their own health potential.
